Position: Education Counsellor
Location: Noida
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 months to 4 years
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented EdTech Counsellor to guide students through their academic journey, from first inquiry to final enrollment.
Job Summary:
•Connect with prospective students and parents from provided leads via calls and consultations
• Counsel students on study abroad programs and relevant educational opportunities based on
their profile and goals
• Advise on university/program selection, eligibility, admission requirements, and fee structures
• Handle end-to-end application processing including documentation and submission
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel and convert them into
admissions
• Handle objections confidently and close admissions
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams for seamless processing
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status
Requirements:
• 6 months + of work experience in study abroad counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales/counselling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of admission processes or experience guiding students toward courses/programs in an EdTech setup
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
