Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Edtech Counselor (Sales) role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves guiding prospective students in selecting suitable educational programs and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. Responsibilities include effectively communicating program details, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The position also entails maintaining detailed records and optimizing organizational processes linked to counseling and student acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build positive relationships and foster trust with prospective students.
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate program details clearly and address client queries effectively.
- Proven Sales capability to meet and exceed enrollment targets through strategic and persuasive interactions.
- Strong Organization skills to manage student lists, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport and convey enthusiasm about educational opportunities.
- Experience in sales or counseling roles, particularly in the edtech or education industry, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
