About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling edtech innovator transforming how institutions and enterprises upskill learners through AI-powered, outcomes-driven learning platforms. We partner with universities, corporate L&D teams, and government skilling bodies across India to deploy scalable, data-led training programs—blending adaptive content, gamified assessments, and real-time analytics to drive measurable ROI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new institutional and enterprise clients across Tier 1 & 2 cities, with a focus on B2B education partnerships.
- Design and pitch tailored learning solutions—custom curricula, blended delivery models, and success metrics—to decision-makers in academia and corporate L&D.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to co-create pilot programs, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and scalability.
- Track, report, and optimize pipeline metrics: lead conversion rate, deal velocity, and customer lifetime value using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, manage RFP responses, and close multi-year partnership agreements with public and private sector clients.
- Represent the brand at education expos, industry conclaves, and client innovation workshops to build thought leadership and pipeline.
