We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Placement Executive to manage student operations, placement coordination, interview scheduling, and student support activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and a strong understanding of placement processes in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Responsibilities
• Manage daily batch operations and student coordination.
• Handle class schedules, attendance, and session tracking.
• Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and support teams.
• Maintain student records, reports, and progress trackers.
• Ensure smooth execution of mock interviews, doubt sessions, and assessments.
• Communicate important updates to students through WhatsApp, email, or LMS platforms.
• Resolve student queries and provide operational support.
Placement Responsibilities
• Coordinate placement activities for students.
• Schedule mock interviews and real interviews with companies.
• Support students with resume building and LinkedIn optimization.
• Track student job applications, interview status, and placement reports.
• Coordinate with hiring partners and recruiters for interview opportunities.
• Follow up with students regarding interview feedback and selection updates.
• Collect placement proofs, offer letters, and Google reviews from placed students.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
• Ability to manage students and handle pressure situations.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Any Graduate.
• Experience in EdTech, training institutes, HR, operations, or placement coordination is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills can also apply.
Salary Range & Incentives
• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA + Placement Incentives
