SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Entry-level role responsible for supporting the creation of BIM models and construction drawings under guidance. Works closely with senior modelers and coordinators to develop discipline-specific elements using industry-standard software tools while adhering to project and organizational BIM standards
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
- Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and BOQs from models.
- Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.
- Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.

- Senior Modelers – Task assignment and model review
- BIM Coordinators – Model updates and issue tracking

Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Electrical
Language Skills
- English, Regional Language (Preferred)
Experience
Years of Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in BIM modeling.
Nature of
Experience
- Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure

- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
