Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Developer to drive the development of our cutting-edge SaaS products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, with a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex requirements into robust and scalable software solutions. He/she should be able to come up with the best software architecture to achieve this all by himself Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user-friendly web interfaces: Build and optimize responsive, high-performance frontend code to deliver seamless experiences across all devices. Collaborate with design and backend teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones. Leverage AI/ML capabilities: Collaborate on the integration of AI and ML models into the frontend, ensuring smooth interaction and optimal performance. Ensure cross-browser compatibility: Test and optimize interfaces across various browsers and devices to provide consistent user experiences. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code: Follow best practices and contribute to ongoing improvements in the codebase. Troubleshoot and debug: Identify performance bottlenecks and address issues, ensuring the application runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience: 2-4 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Technologies & Frameworks: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems like Git. AI/ML integration: Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications, including integrating machine learning models into the frontend interface and collaborating with data scientists. UI/UX understanding: Strong understanding of design principles, with the ability to work with UX/UI teams to create aesthetically pleasing and user-centric interfaces. Familiarity with EdTech: A background in EdTech or experience building educational platforms is a strong plus. Testing and Debugging: Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Performance optimization: Experience optimizing front-end code for speed and scalability, including techniques for lazy loading, code splitting, and resource optimization. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions quickly.
