About the role

The Sales Personnel will be responsible for promoting and selling the Company's products and services, ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets. This role requires effective communication, customer engagement, follow-ups, and timely reporting of sales activities. The Sales Personnel will be evaluated based on their ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and compensation will be determined accordingly. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Meet the monthly sales target, initially set at 4 sales per month. Continuously strive to exceed the set target by engaging potential clients, generating new leads, and closing sales. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide product demonstrations and consultations to prospective clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on products/services offered by the Company. Field Sales Activities Actively engage with customers in the field (visits, calls, etc.) to generate sales. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients to close sales. Follow-up on Leads Perform follow-up activities through phone calls, WhatsApp, text messages, Twitter, and other communication methods, ensuring that the clients are satisfied and moving through the sales funnel. Regular follow-ups must be carried out at least twice or three times per week, with phone calls being the primary follow-up method. Reporting Submit weekly sales reports and follow-up status to the CEO or Sales Manager, detailing progress towards sales targets and client feedback. Provide feedback on market conditions, client needs, and potential areas for improvement. Adherence to Sales Strategy Follow the Company's sales strategies and guidelines, including pricing, promotions, and customer outreach. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
