EXECUTIVE PACKING

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Your job responsibilities are listed below for your understanding and acceptance. In case of any system up-gradation in future, you will be simultaneously re-trained to understand the new implementation.

1. Responsible for Production planning as per order or availability of material.

1. Responsible for Preparation of BPR for new product.

1. Responsible for verifying the filled BPR and yield reconciliation of Final stage.

1. Responsible for preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).

1. Responsible for Accountable to Handle Shift Operation Independently.

1. Responsible for coordinating with Eng. department for Preventive maintenance.

1. Coordination, with QA department for upcoming calibration date of instruments and equipment’s.

1. Responsible for facility, utilities and new/modified areas/ equipment.

1. Responsible for manpower handling and allocated for respective areas.

1. Responsible for providing SOP training to all employees and Operators.

1. Responsible for giving the requisition of BPR to QA department as per plan.

1. Responsible for coordination with QC department for Release status of Packing material and final product.

1. Responsible for handle primary and secondary packing Activity.

1. Responsible for co-ordination with all departments.

1. Responsible for Calibration and Operation of weighing Balance.

1. Responsible for coordinating with Employees regarding production plan.

1. Responsible for any additional Responsibility given by senior from time to time.
