Location: 100% Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timing: 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM EST

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Experience: 7+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Editor with over 7 years of experience to lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a master of the written word, a newsletter strategist, and a visual storyteller. You won't just be moving commas; you will be architecting the narrative flow of our brand, ensuring every piece of content—from a long-form newsletter to a complex infographic—is cohesive, engaging, and high-impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Newsletter Strategy & Execution

Own the end-to-end production of our recurring newsletters.

Develop high-open-rate subject lines

Curate and write compelling stories that drive engagement and conversions.

Analyze newsletter metrics (CTR, Open Rates) to constantly iterate on content flow.

2. Editorial Excellence

Provide high-level developmental editing and meticulous copyediting for all brand assets.

Ensure an impeccable command of English, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Mentor junior writers and contributors to elevate the overall quality of the team's output.

3. Visual Content & Graphic Integration

Collaborate closely with design teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive graphics.

Review and direct the "content sense" within visual assets—ensuring that text in graphics is punchy, accurate, and serves the broader narrative.

Advise on layouts to ensure the visual "flow" complements the reading experience.

4. Content Flow & Architecture

Structure long-form content to ensure a logical, persuasive, and smooth progression of ideas.

Bridge the gap between marketing objectives and editorial integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in professional editing, journalism, or high-level content marketing.

Newsletter Expertise: Proven track record of growing and managing successful email newsletters.

Language Mastery: Expert-level command of English grammar, syntax, and style

Design Sensibility: A strong eye for how content interacts with design; ability to "storyboard" content for designers.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "Big Picture" while obsessing over the smallest details.

Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing newsletters, long-form articles, and content-driven graphics.
