Role Description The Editor role at Abhit Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The Editor will review, refine, and approve written and visual content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include editing copy for grammar, style, and tone, coordinating with writers, designers, and marketing teams, and giving structured feedback to improve content quality. The Editor will also help maintain content calendars, ensure deadlines are met, and support the development of content standards and best practices across digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, with a focus on grammar, style, and brand consistency.
- Experience working with digital content such as website copy, social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Ability to collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing professionals to refine and improve content.
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience-focused communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
