🔹 Role Description
We are looking for a Customs EDI Filing Executive with hands-on experience in import/export documentation and customs filing systems.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of E-Annexure, XLCHA, ICEGATE, and customs documentation procedures to ensure smooth customs clearance operations.
🔹 Important Clarification (To Avoid Irrelevant Applications)
This is NOT an IT / Software Developer position.
This role is strictly related to Customs Documentation and EDI Filing for Import/Export shipments in a CHA/Freight Forwarding environment.
Candidates from Software Development / Programming / IT EDI Integration backgrounds are requested not to apply.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• Filing Bill of Entry and Shipping Bills via EDI
• Working on E-Annexure filing system
• Handling XLCHA software for customs filing
• Working on ICEGATE portal
• Verifying import/export documentation
• Managing IGM details and shipment records
• Coordinating with clients and shipping lines for documentation
• Ensuring compliance with CBIC / DGFT guidelines
🔹 Mandatory skills (Apply only if you have)
✔ Hands-on E-Annexure filing experience
✔ Working knowledge of XLCHA software
✔ Experience using ICEGATE portal
✔ Experience in Import / Export documentation
📝 Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of NLDS / ODEX / Shipping line portals
• Experience in Customs Clearance / CHA office
