Role Description
We are seeking a full-time EDI Executive - Import/Export to join our team in South West Delhi. This on-site role involves managing Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) effectively and troubleshooting related issues. The candidate will oversee business processes, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and collaborate with customers to deliver seamless support services. Responsibilities also include monitoring and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and related troubleshooting processes
- Analytical skills to effectively monitor and optimize business processes
- Customer service expertise to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Understanding of import/export operations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using logistics or supply chain management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in import/export or logistics is highly desirable
