Job Summary:

What you will do:

  • Price and manage option market making strategies across a variety of products
  • Proactively manage the desk’s position to ensure the portfolio falls within assigned risk limits.
  • Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to researchers and developers on areas of improvement.
  • Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability.
  • Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics
  • 0-2 years experience managing an options market making book, or a recent college graduate
  • Exceptional mathematical ability, strong quantitative skills
  • Collaborative team player willing to learn and accept feedback
  • Comfortable in confidently making fast decisions in high pressure environments.
  • Python or other programming experience is a plus but not required
