About the role
We are a lean team and you'll work on the entire technology stack for each feature you build, which includes the backend, frontend and any deployment automation required. You role will be to build new features, improve them based on customer feedback, and scale them as usage grows while ensuring performance and security.
As an SDE-2/3, you will focus heavily on mentoring junior developers and reviewing code, to ensure a well-architected code base with low technical debt.
Every engineer who has spent more than a year at Instahyre has improved drastically, at a much faster pace than at their previous workplaces. You'll learn backend, frontend, devops and user experience, as well as leading a team.
