</div><div>We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Assemble<strong>r</strong> to join our growing production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble mechanical systems and components that power our specialized military and industrial HVAC equipment — turning complex blueprints into rugged, dependable products.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assemble frames, panels, coils, and other mechanical components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to build with accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Perform quality inspections and testing on completed assemblies to meet strict military and industrial standards</li>
<li>Document assembly processes, materials, and any issues to maintain strong production records</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fellow assemblers to solve problems and deliver projects on time</li>
<li>Champion safety by following all procedures and helping maintain a clean, secure work environment</li>

<strong>What You Bring</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is a big plus)</li>
<li>Previous mechanical assembly experience — HVAC, military products, or heavy industrial background is highly desired</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>A team-player attitude with good communication skills</li>
