The purpose of this role is for developing, customizing, maintaining and support
Oracle EBS HRMS Applications as per requirement of the business.
Skill Sets Required (Must Have)
- Should be strong Apps Technical in HRMS R12 modules – Core HR, Payroll, Absence Mgmt, Performance Management, iRecruitment
- Good Knowledge Hire to Retire Cycle
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Databases (Min 3 Implementations)
- Expertise in creation / modification of SQL packages, functions and procedures etc. as per requirement.
- Expertise in standard Oracle HRMS modules interfaces and API’s
- Expertise in Fast Formulae
- Expertise in creating XML Publisher reports, Dashboards and Oracle reports (10g/6i)
- Expertise in oracle workflow builder to create custom workflow or modify the existing standard workflows
Skill Sets Required (Good To Have)
- Knowledge / Experience in Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine)
- Knowledge / experience in OAF personalization and customizations and extensions
- Knowledge / Experience in Forms 6i or Forms 10g
- Knowledge / Experience in Oracle APEX and ADF
- Expert in using Tools like Toad, SQL Navigator and SQL Plus
- Understanding of integrating third party tools with Oracle Applications
- Good Analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Engineering OR MCA
- 7+yrs of relevant experience as an Oracle EBS Apps Technical
