Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Connect with the prospective students and parents via calls, providing detailed information on our test preparation programs and services.
- Understand student needs and assist in selecting the most appropriate courses or study plans based on their goals and requirements.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions with prospective students and update our CRM system with accurate information.
- Provide follow-up communication via phone, email, or text to ensure students have the necessary information and feel confident about their test preparation journey.
- Assist in scheduling and rescheduling consultations, classes, and workshops.
- Work closely with the sales and counseling team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
- Collect feedback from students to help improve the services and offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on test prep content, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
