Information Technology Engineer in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain SLAs
• Assist in maintaining security protocols and user access rights
• Manage Zoom app functioning
• Handle WATI software operations
• Integrate apps with existing systems
• Manage Pebbly platform operations
• Support automation and AI initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT systems and software tools
• Interest in automation, AI, and cloud-based communication platforms
• Strong problem-solving ability and a keen desire to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, WATI, or Pebbly
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related filed
