Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Economic & Tax Policy Research Analyst to support the development of global economic, financial, and taxation research, and contribute to advisory engagements across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Economic & Global Financial Research
a) Conduct research on:
- Global and regional economic trends (GDP, inflation, trade flows, fiscal balances)
- Monetary policies and financial systems
b) Develop comparative cross-country economic insights
Taxation & Regulatory Analysis:
a) Research and analyze:
- Corporate taxation systems
- GST/VAT and indirect taxation frameworks
- Withholding tax structures
- International taxation (OECD guidelines, BEPS, transfer pricing)
b) Support development of tax advisory frameworks and compliance strategies
Content Development & Reporting:
a) Prepare:
- Policy briefs and economic reports
- Government proposals and institutional documents
- Whitepapers and analytical notes
b) Present findings in clear, structured, and professional formats
Multi-Jurisdictional Advisory Support:
a) Assist in:
- Cross-border taxation and trade analysis
- Regulatory and compliance research across countries
- Policy and investment advisory engagements
Qualifications & Eligibility:
For Full-Time / Experienced Candidates
a) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Economics / Public Finance / Finance / Taxation / Public Policy
b) 2–7 years of relevant experience
For Interns / PhD Scholars:
a) Currently pursuing or completed:
- Master’s / PhD in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related fields
b) Strong academic research background
c) Ability to work on structured research and writing assignments
Preferred (All Categories):
a) Knowledge of:
- Macroeconomics and global financial systems
- Taxation frameworks (corporate tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax)
b) Exposure to international taxation (OECD, BEPS, transfer pricing)
c) Professional qualifications (optional):

- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent writing and documentation skills
- Ability to produce consulting-grade reports
- Understanding of global economic and tax environments
