Allo Innoware is seeking a highly organized and motivated Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Vasai-Virar. In this role, you will be crucial in managing our warehouse operations and ensuring efficient processing of orders for ecommerce and other channels. Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory of the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels at Allo Innoware.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Process ecommerce orders and other sales channel orders efficiently for Allo Innoware.
- Supervise the packing of products and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Manage and process returns from customers promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of inward and outward movement of goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations at Allo Innoware.
- Implement and adhere to safety and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory and order processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, ideally in ecommerce environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and ecommerce order processing at Allo Innoware.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage warehouse operations effectively.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
