Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist within the D2C and FMCG sectors, based in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining online listings, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce expertise, including managing online listings and optimizing digital sales channels
- Proficient analytical skills to measure platform performance and develop data-driven insights
- Experience in customer service and ensuring a positive customer journey
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Additional qualifications such as understanding of FMCG and D2C markets are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
