Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist, based in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online product listings, optimize product descriptions, and monitor sales performance across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing strategies to boost online revenue, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and staying updated on e-commerce trends to enhance user engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying business trends
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO best practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platform dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in retail or FMCG industry is a plus
