Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, based in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online retail presence. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing online sales processes, analyzing customer behavior and sales data, maintaining product listings, coordinating with customers to ensure superior service, and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Possess Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Experience with online selling platforms and tools such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
