Role Description
The Parfum House is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to oversee and manage our online retail operations. This on-site role, located in Vadodara, involves managing product listings, optimizing the online store for customer experience, analyzing sales trends, leveraging e-commerce tools, and driving online sales growth. The Ecommerce Specialist will also engage in customer service, resolve inquiries promptly, and collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce operations including product listing, online retail management, and familiarity with online selling platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Sales experience with a focus on maximizing conversion rates and online sales performance.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is advantageous.
