At The Laddoo Wala, we’re on a mission to share authentic Indian sweets with the world — blending heritage flavors with modern retail. As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage operations, sales, and marketing across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage daily operations on Shopify — listings, pricing, inventory, content, and orders
🔹 Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
🔹 Drive e-commerce sales strategies and digital growth initiatives
🔹 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, social media, and paid promotions)
🔹 Maintain catalog accuracy across marketplaces and our website
🔹 Track KPIs — traffic, conversion, sales trends, and customer engagement
🔹 Generate regular performance reports and insights for improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years in e-commerce operations, sales, or digital marketing
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory)
✔️ Proficiency in Digital Marketing & SEO
✔️ Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
✔️ Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
✔️ Experience with marketplace operations is a plus
