Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Specialist role based in Ranchi. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing marketplace accounts, optimizing product catalogs, overseeing seller onboarding processes, and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns. The role also requires maintaining effective communication with clients, handling customer service inquiries, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to optimize sales and marketplace presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a regular part of the role to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and marketplace operations
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive optimization strategies
- Customer service expertise coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and account management within an e-commerce environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and e-commerce reporting platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Alibaba is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
