Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Delhi, India. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online sales strategies, oversee website performance, and optimize the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing sales data, managing customer inquiries, ensuring an excellent level of customer service, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Proficient in E-Commerce platforms and online sales management
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and act on data for business improvements
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales acumen and capability to assist in driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
