Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing e-commerce performance, coordinating with customers, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. The role also includes addressing customer inquiries, optimizing online listings, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.
Responsibility
Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and company website.
Upload product details including images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries on online platforms.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team for order dispatch and delivery updates.
Track inventory and ensure product availability across online marketplaces.
Optimize product listings with SEO keywords to improve product visibility and sales.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle promotions, discounts, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely response to
queries.
