Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, improving customer experience, analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with various teams, and contributing to the growth of Skinaa's digital presence in the skincare market.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable insights
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to grow online revenue
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with skincare or wellness industries is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
