Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Ecommerce Specialist at Silver Smith Gems. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online platforms, optimize product listings, and implement strategies to drive sales. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing order fulfillment, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience for customers.
