Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, conducting market research for strategic pricing and product listings, and monitoring sales performance. This role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies, developing an optimized online presence, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and experience managing online sales channels
- Proven Sales skills, including driving online revenue and meeting sales targets
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Analytical Skills for market research, sales performance monitoring, and strategy optimization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred
