Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist at Shimmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms to drive sales and ensure accurate, compelling product information. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales data and customer behavior, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and inventory, and resolving ecommerce-related customer issues. The specialist will also track key metrics, identify opportunities for growth, implement improvements to the online shopping experience, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including experience with online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Customer Service skills to manage customer inquiries and enhance the online buying experience.
- Sales awareness, with an understanding of pricing, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and ecommerce tools; familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG/homecare sectors is beneficial.
