Position: E-commerce Operations & Support Executive

- Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (5 Days working)
Job Summary:
Detail-oriented e-commerce professional managing order lifecycle, customer support, and
marketplace operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, process improvement, and
cross-functional coordination to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, shipping, payments, and product queries.
- Manage and optimize product listings, content across platforms.
- Analyze and report on customer behavior, sales trends, and performance metrics.
- Handle accounting and reconciliation, including daily financial report analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) to resolve escalations and handle customer support.
- Track and document customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Ensure SLA adherence, including response and resolution time targets.
- Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear and solution-oriented communication.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams for seamless execution.
- Work with overseas clients and teams across time zones.
- Monitor order flow, inventory coordination, and fulfillment performance.
- Support marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and platform compliance.
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer applications.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, CRM, and ticketing tools.
- Commerce graduate (or relevant field) with interest in e-commerce operations.
- Good English communication skills for client and team coordination.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and comfort with digital tools.
