Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the online store, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and visually appealing. The role includes analyzing sales data, developing strategies to boost sales, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating with various teams to optimize online campaigns. Additionally, the specialist will ensure smooth operations of order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, online performance metrics, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and tools, ensuring product listings and digital storefronts are optimized
- Sales and customer service skills to enhance the online shopping experience and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and ensuring clear customer engagement
- Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge on shiprocket order processing is preferred
