Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage marketing” but owns growth.
This role sits at the core of our business: you will be responsible for how customers discover us, experience us, and ultimately buy from us across our website, marketplaces, and digital channels.
If you think in terms of revenue, brand, and systems (not just posts and campaigns), this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
1. E-commerce & Website
- Own and manage our website end-to-end (UX, performance, conversion)
- Continuously improve product pages, storytelling, and customer journey
- Work closely with design and product teams to translate brand into digital
2. Growth & Performance Marketing
- Drive traffic and revenue through paid + organic channels
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, etc.
- Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates optimize constantly
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Build long-term organic visibility (not hacks)
- Improve site structure, content, and keyword strategy
- Turn the brand into a discovery engine
4. Social Media (Quality > Quantity)
- Shape a strong, premium digital presence
- Oversee content direction not just posting
- Align social with brand positioning and sales
5. Marketplaces & Expansion
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, etc.
- Explore new channels and revenue opportunities
6. Systems & Team
- Build processes, not chaos
- Manage and scale a small team (internal + external)
- Bring structure to execution
