Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Baddi. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, oversee product listings, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, improving online visibility, developing promotional strategies, and collaborating across teams to drive sales growth. The role also involves managing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and Sales techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus
