Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Noida. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, analyze sales trends, optimize customer experiences, and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating online product listings, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales techniques and strategies
- Analytical skills to evaluate data, understand trends, and drive business decisions
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively
