Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Indore. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, optimize product listings, and drive strategies for improved performance. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, ensuring efficient customer service, coordinating with teams to enhance the online store experience, and supporting efforts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, measure performance metrics, and develop improvement strategies
- Customer Service expertise to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and operations, including product listings and online store management
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to improve revenue and enhance customer loyalty
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in E-commerce or digital marketing is an advantage
