We’re Hiring for an Ecommerce Specialist (Client – E-commerce & Retail Sector)
RecruitFutures, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in the E-commerce and Retail sector. We’re looking for a passionate Ecommerce Specialist based in New Delhi (Jhandewalan) who can drive online sales, manage digital platforms, and enhance the brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and profit margins.
- Monitor website and marketplace performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns and monitor analytics to drive performance.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Handle online customer queries and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, listing, and advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product optimization, and pricing strategy.
- Experience in running paid campaigns (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel / Analytics dashboards).
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details- Experience: 2–4 years
- Salary: ₹3–4 LPA
- Location: Jhandewalan, New Delhi
- Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
