Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to manage our online sales and enhance our digital presence. Based on-site in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, the Ecommerce Specialist will oversee online sales channels, develop and implement ecommerce strategies, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and work closely with the sales and customer service teams. Responsibilities will also include optimizing product listings, managing inventory for online platforms, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms with expertise in managing online product listings and performance metrics
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue and address customer inquiries effectively
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and customer interaction
- Experience in the automotive care industry would be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
