- Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary
₹4.2 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA (depending on experience & skill set)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Ecommerce Specialist to manage and streamline our online marketplace operations across multiple ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace management, cataloging, inventory coordination, pricing strategy, and order fulfillment processes.
The role requires close coordination between internal teams, warehouses, and platform managers to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Ensure all products are properly listed and live across platforms including:
- Amazon India
- Amazon Global
- Walmart
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Swiggy Instamart
- Shopify website
- Coordinate onboarding and listing updates for new products across all marketplaces.
Catalog & Content Uniformity
- Maintain consistency in:
- Product images
- Product titles
- Descriptions
- Keywords
- A+ content / enhanced brand content
- Product attributes & specifications
- Ensure brand presentation remains uniform across all ecommerce and q-commerce channels.
Pricing & Marketplace Strategy
- Monitor and manage pricing strategy across all platforms.
- Coordinate marketplace discounts, offers, and promotional pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
Inventory & Operations
- Manage inventory levels and stock availability across all channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock replenishment.
- Ensure healthy inventory fill rates and avoid stock-outs.
PO Management & Deliveries
- Handle PO approvals and marketplace appointments.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and delivery timelines with warehouse teams.
- Ensure smooth GRN and order fulfillment processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance, inventory movement, and operational KPIs.
- Generate regular reports for management regarding sales, stock status, and platform performance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in ecommerce marketplace management.
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
