We are looking for a smart and result-driven E-Commerce Growth Specialist with strong experience in product listing, marketplace management, sales growth, and business development. This role is not limited to uploading products , we need someone who can think strategically, analyze market opportunities, improve sales performance, and grow the business across online platforms.
The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, and company website.
- Create high-converting product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor stock availability, catalog health, and product performance.
- Identify new product opportunities, trending categories, and market gaps.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversions.
- Handle promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for business growth.
- Generate leads for bulk orders, B2B sales, and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with marketplaces, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, ROI, and growth performance.
- Take ownership of revenue targets and marketplace expansion.
Required Skills:
