The Role
We are looking for someone to lead and build our E-commerce & Quick Commerce vertical from the ground up.
This is not just an operations role. This is a growth + strategy + ownership role.
You will be the person who turns this channel into a serious revenue engine for the brand.
If you’re someone who wants to own a category, build it like it’s yours, and scale it aggressively, this is where you start.
What You’ll Own
1. Platform Expansion & Onboarding
Identify and onboard Oh!G Snack onto relevant E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms
Manage relationships with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Drive visibility, listings, and growth opportunities within these platforms
2. Cataloging & Content
Own complete product cataloging across platforms
Write and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions
Ensure high-quality images, titles, keywords, and backend optimization
3. Growth & Strategy
Plan and execute growth strategies across platforms
Understand platform algorithms and leverage them for visibility and conversions
Run campaigns, offers, and platform-specific activations
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize
4. Operations & Execution
Ensure smooth order flow, stock updates, and coordination with supply chain
Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and dispatch efficiency
Track platform performance, penalties, SLAs, and compliance
5. Data & Insights
Monitor dashboards and generate insights on:
Sales trends
High-performing SKUs
Consumer behavior
Use data to drive decision-making and scale growth
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who understands both E-commerce AND Quick Commerce deeply
Not just an operator — but someone who thinks growth, strategy, and scale
A person who can take ownership like a founder, not an employee
Someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong understanding of FMCG / snacking category is highly preferred
