Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Intern will assist in managing and optimizing the online store, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance the digital shopping experience. Responsibilities will also include monitoring customer feedback, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in E-Commerce processes and understanding of online shopping platforms
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- A keen interest or experience in Sales to assist in boosting online performance
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with e-commerce tools, platforms, or digital workflows is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
