# Job Opening: D2C E-commerce Sales Manager

Kidcity is looking for an experienced **D2C E-commerce Sales Manager** who has a proven track record of growing online sales across multiple marketplaces and brand websites.
### Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage seasonal **line sheets** for all online sales channels.
* Develop pricing strategies for the brand website and marketplaces such as Myntra, FirstCry, Flipkart, Amazon, and other platforms.
* Monitor competitor pricing, discounts, and market trends to maximize sales and profitability.
* Plan and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, marketing, and operations teams for smooth product launches.
* Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, inventory, and customer behavior to improve performance.
* Manage promotions, offers, and campaign planning across all online channels.
* Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and optimized.
### Requirements
* 4–8+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce and marketplace sales.
* Strong experience in line sheet preparation, assortment planning, and online merchandising.
* Hands-on experience with pricing strategy and margin management across multiple marketplaces.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
* Excellent knowledge of marketplace operations, promotions, and digital commerce.
* Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
### Preferred
* Experience in the apparel or fashion industry.
* Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar OMS/ERP systems.
