We're Hiring | E-Commerce Specialist
Are you an experienced E-commerce Specialist with a strong background in Amazon, Nykaa and Amazon Ads? Join INCLUSIF, a fast-growing cosmetic brand, and help scale our marketplace business.
Position: E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Supertech E Square, Sector 96, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Myntra & Nykaa
Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display)
Drive Amazon Sales Growth through strategic advertising and promotions
Handle marketplace operations, catalogue management, product listings, pricing & inventory
Monitor sales performance, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR and conversion metrics
Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, campaign execution and order management
Analyse marketplace insights and implement growth strategies
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management
Experience in an FMCG/Cosmetic Brand is preferred
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Myntra Partner Portal, and Nykaa Seller Portal
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, Keyword Research, Product Ranking, Listing Optimisation, Catalogue Management & Marketplace Analytics
Experience with Amazon Sales Growth, Performance Marketing and Marketplace Promotions
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
