Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will manage online sales, ensure a seamless user experience across platforms, coordinate with customers, and support backend operations. Your tasks will include monitoring website performance, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships and enhance customer experience
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to analyze data, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar field is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and sales technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
