Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Puducherry, India. As an Ecommerce Specialist at Herby, you will oversee and optimize online sales channels. Responsibilities include managing product listings, monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement effective e-commerce strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in E-Commerce platforms and Sales to manage online marketplaces and drive revenue growth
- Expertise in Analytical Skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to handle customer inquiries and enhance user satisfaction
- Familiarity with digital tools and software that support e-commerce operations is a plus
