Role Overview
We are looking for a D2C & Catalogue Operations Executive to manage day-to-day D2C operations, scale D2Crevenue, improve customer experience, and oversee catalogue performance across marketplaces.The primary focus of this role will be D2C business growth and operations, while also supporting brand cataloguemanagement across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
Responsibility: D2C Business Operations & Growth
D2C Operations
● Manage day-to-day operations of the D2C platform
● Monitor and optimize order flow and fulfilment processes
● Ensure smooth coordination with operations, logistics, and support teams
D2C Revenue Growth
● Identify opportunities to scale D2C revenue
● Support execution of campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives
Customer Experience
● Monitor customer journey from Add to Cart to post-delivery
● Track customer feedback and identify improvement areas
● Ensure a seamless purchase and post-purchase experience
D2C Marketing Performance
● Track and report marketing campaign performance
● Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI
Media Planning & Coordination
● Support monthly media planning and projections
● Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, creatives, and banners
Social Media Coordination
● Collaborate with the social media team for campaign execution and promotions
Brand Catalogue Management
Catalogue Management
● Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms
● Launch new product catalogues and SKUs
Listing Optimization
● Improve listing quality and catalogue score
● Maintain accurate product information including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes
Catalogue Audit
● Conduct regular catalogue audits to identify gaps or issues
● Resolve listing suppression or missing attributes
Product Launch Opportunities
● Identify new products or variations to launch
● Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue readiness
Reporting
● Maintain and update performance and MIS reports
● Share regular updates with management
Requirements
● 1–3 years experience in E-commerce / D2C operations
● Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C platforms
● Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
● Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
● Strong coordination and execution skills
