Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, based in Gandhinagar. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, monitor product listings, analyze sales performance, and optimize strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth online transactions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive online sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce management, online sales platforms, and digital tools
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis and performance tracking
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a seamless and satisfying online shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Sales knowledge to develop and implement strategies for enhancing revenue growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with golf products or the sports industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
